PRODUCT INFORMATION
MAIN POCKETS
The original JET Roll, JET Roll II, JET Roll III, Supersonic, Hypersonic, and Phantom have one large pocket for a standard 700 x 19-32c road tube or a 700 x 43c (Max) MEDIUM VALVE STEM gravel tube and two other small pockets for other compact items such as; tire levers, a patch kit, a small multi-tool, and other small items.
JET Roll MTB models have a larger main pocket for a mountain bike, touring, or cyclocross tube (up to 29") and additional pockets to hold other items. JET Roll MTB models can also accommodate two standard road tubes; either stacked one on top of the other in the main tube pocket, or placed individually in each end pocket.
Each new JET Roll comes with a tube and compression band to hold a tightly rolled tube (with all air removed) in place inside the main tube pocket.
JET ROLL PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED TO BE COMPACT, WITH JUST ENOUGH ROOM FOR THE CYCLING ESSENTIALS. SOME LARGER TOOLS, ITEMS, ETC., MAY NOT FIT.

JET ROLL MODELS
JET ROLL
NO BUTTON FASTENER
This model comes with a strap which allows the JET Roll to be securely fastened to the back of the saddle by passing it through the double button hole (see instructions below) and around the saddle rails.
JET ROLL II
SINGLE BUTTON FASTENER
This model serves two purposes, it can be used with the included strap like the original model to fasten the JET Roll to the saddle rails, or it can be closed with the button fastener to be carried in a jersey pocket or pack.
To use the included strap instead of the button closure, just bypass the button, pass the strap through the double button hole, and fasten the JET Roll II to the saddle rails.
JET ROLL III
DOUBLE BUTTON FASTENER
JET Roll III serves a dual function; it can be used for cycling items just like the JET Roll and JET Roll II models, or it can easily fit personal items and carried in a jersey pocket. JET Roll III will fit a compact cell phone (4.5" long x 2.5" wide x 0.5" thick) in the main tube pocket, along with a key, cash, or a credit/debit card(s). Everything fits nice and neat, and closes compactly with either of the two buttons. When used to carry bike items, just bypass the two buttons and pass the strap through the double button hole to fasten the JET Roll III to the saddle rails. JET Roll III offers convenience and versatility, and shares the same size and dimensions as the JET Roll and JET Roll II models.
Please Note:
JET Roll III models are not designed primarily to be a cell phone holder, however, they will accommodate a small cell phone or camera in the main tube pocket. Larger cell phones and other items may not fit. JET Roll MTB models (see description below) are designed to carry larger items, and may accommodate larger cell phones in the main tube pocket.
JET ROLL MTB
Designed and built for the long distance cycling adventure
JET Roll MTB is designed to accept a larger standard mountain bike, touring, or cyclocross tube (up to 29") in the main tube pocket. JET Roll MTB offers more room than the original JET Roll road oriented models (above) so that extra and larger items can be carried for the road, trail, or ultra long distance cycling adventure. JET Roll MTB has a double button fastener so that it can be easily carried in a pack or jersey pocket. This feature also allows JET Roll MTB models to be adjusted as necessary to accommodate larger items, such as two standard road tubes in the end pockets (see pictures on JET Roll MTB page). JET Roll MTB comes with a heavy-duty black synthetic leather strap that is resistant to the elements. JET Roll MTB is the optimal choice to carry larger sized tools, items, tubes, etc.. For plus size and oversize MTB tubes, or for additional cargo capacity, see the new JET Roll MTB+ models in the Black Project Division.
SUPERSONIC
JET Roll Supersonic is a superlight JET Roll II road model
JET Roll Supersonic has the same dimensions and features as the JET Roll II road model, with significantly less weight. Where the JET Roll II weighs 26 grams (without the strap), and is made of a heavier duty material, the JET Roll Supersonic weighs 18 grams without the strap, and is made from ultra-light, highly water and tear resistant material. While this hi-tech material is extremely light, it still retains a very high degree of durability and is exceptionally strong for its weight.
Like the JET Roll II, the JET Roll Supersonic has a single button fastener so that it can be closed and carried in a jersey pocket or pack. JET Roll Supersonic comes standard with a black nylon strap and metal buckle that weighs only 20 grams.
HYPERSONIC
JET Roll Hypersonic is a ultralight JET Roll III road model
The JET Roll Hypersonic model is exceptionally thin and lightweight, while retaining a good degree of durability and water resistance. This JET Roll model is intended to be ultra compact, slim, and minimalist.
JET Roll Hypersonic excels where minimum weight and bulk are desirable. Comparatively, the original JET Roll III model uses a more substantial material that exhibits superior durability and longevity. Size and dimensions of both the JET Roll Hypersonic and JET Roll III are exactly the same. The JET Roll Hypersonic includes a standard black nylon strap and two JET Roll Bands; one for the tube, and the other for (optional) external compression. The JET Roll Hypersonic weighs only 14 grams without the strap.
PHANTOM
JET Roll Phantom is a premium high performance road model
Each JET Roll Phantom is individually crafted by hand, one at a time, from the highest quality industrial grade synthetic leather. This ultra hi-tech material is used in the aviation, marine, and automotive industries for its superior durability, and water and stain resistant properties. The JET Roll Phantom is extremely soft and slightly elastic which allows it to conform well to its contents while holding everything securely in place.
The standard Phantom model includes a single crystal button fastener, distinctive matte black trim, and light gray stitching. The JET Roll Phantom comes with a premium black leather strap and stainless steel buckle.

INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow all instructions for correct and proper use of JET Roll products.
Step 1:
Place a tube, tire levers, patch kit, CO2 or small multi-tool in the inside pockets of the JET Roll. These items are suggestions only. Use the included JET Roll Tube Band to hold a tightly rolled bicycle tube in place in the main tube pocket.
Step 2:
Wrap the JET Roll tight so that nothing moves around. Hold the tightly wrapped JET Roll firmly in place while you pass the strap over and around the saddle rails. It is recommended that you place the JET Roll up and back against the end of the saddle so that the JET Roll doesn't sag or become loose. Also, the main body of the JET Roll should be centered and firmly held in place up against the curved part of the saddle rails that go up to the saddle base from the seatpost rail clamp.
Step 3:
Pass the included strap through the DOUBLE BUTTON HOLE and through the metal buckle at the end of the strap. Continue to hold the JET Roll firmly in place and tighten the strap securely so that the JET Roll is pressed firmly up against the back of the saddle and saddle rails. Check that the strap is tight and that the JET Roll is very firmly held together and in place. You may want to retighten the strap a couple of times once everything settles in place.
The JET Roll and its contents should always be wrapped and held firmly together by properly tightening the strap and securing the JET Roll up against the back of the saddle base and saddle rails at all times (See picture with red arrow, above left).
! IMPORTANT !
IN ORDER TO PROPERLY FASTEN THE JET ROLL TO THE SADDLE RAILS YOU MUST PASS THE INCLUDED STRAP THROUGH THE DOUBLE BUTTON HOLE.
THIS WILL ENSURE THAT THE JET ROLL REMAINS SECURE UP AGAINST THE BACK OF THE SADDLE/SEATPOST WITHOUT THE RISK OF IT SLIPPING OUT THROUGH THE STRAP.
USE THE INCLUDED JET ROLL BAND(S) TO HOLD THE JET ROLL AND ITS CONTENTS CLOSED AT ALL TIMES WHEN FASTENED TO THE SADDLE RAILS.
THE STRAP MAY STRETCH WHEN NEW, RETIGHTEN IT AS NECESSARY TO REMOVE ANY PLAY OR LOOSENESS AROUND THE JET ROLL.
Step 4:
Verify that the strap is very tight and securely fastened so that the JET Roll doesn't sag or become loose.
Step 5:
Periodically check the strap to make sure that it remains tight. The leather strap may stretch after a few rides and uses of the JET Roll. Check and retighten the strap as often as necessary to make sure that the JET Roll is always tight and secure.
Do not ride with a loose or sagging JET Roll, as the contents may shift or fall out!
CHECK THE STRAP OFTEN TO MAKE SURE THAT IT IS TIGHT AND SECURE.
IT IS NORMAL FOR A NEW STRAP TO STRETCH AS IT BREAKS IN.
CHECK THE STRAP BEFORE AND AFTER EACH RIDE TO MAKE SURE IT IS VERY TIGHT AND THAT THE JET ROLL IS SECURELY FASTENED.
ALSO, ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT ALL CONTENTS INSIDE THE JET ROLL ARE HELD FIRMLY AND SECURELY IN PLACE.
NEVER RIDE WITH THE JET ROLL THAT IS LOOSE OR SAGGING DOWN.
THE JET ROLL SHOULD ALWAYS BE FIRMLY AND SECURELY HELD IN PLACE BY THE STRAP UP AGAINST THE BACK OF THE SADDLE AND SADDLE RAILS AT ALL TIMES!
TIPS FOR FIRST TIME USE
TIP 1:
THE LEATHER OR NYLON STRAP MAY STRETCH WHEN NEW. CHECK IT OFTEN DURING THE FIRST RIDE(S) TO MAKE SURE THAT IT REMAINS VERY TIGHT AND THAT THE JET ROLL AND ITS CONTENTS ARE SECURE.
TIP 2:
IT IS HELPFULL TO HOLD THE JET ROLL TIGHT AND FIRMLY PRESS IT UP AGAINST THE BACK OF THE SADDLE RAILS WHILE YOU RATCHET THE STRAP THROUGH THE BUCKLE TO GET A VERY SECURE FIT UP AGAINST THE BACK OF THE SADDLE. USE A JET ROLL BAND TO HOLD THE JET ROLL CLOSED.
TIP 3:
YOU MAY NEED TO SELECT AND ORGANIZE YOUR ITEMS AND CONTENTS SO THAT THE JET ROLL ALWAYS REMAINS TIGHT, COMPACT, AND SECURE. METAL OBJECTS SHOULD BE ORIENTED AWAY FROM THE SADDLE RAILS. DO NOT WRAP SHARP OR PROTRUDING OBJECTS WHICH MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO JET ROLL PRODUCTS.
TIP 4:
REMOVE ANY AIR FROM THE TUBE AND ROLL IT TIGHT. PLACE THE INCLUDED JET ROLL TUBE BAND AROUND THE ROLLED TUBE TO HOLD IT IN PLACE. INSERT THE TUBE AT A SLIGHT ANGLE INTO THE MAIN TUBE POCKET OF THE JET ROLL.
TIP 5:
USE A JET ROLL BAND TO HOLD THE JET ROLL AND ITS CONTENTS CLOSED AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN USE AND FASTENED TO THE SADDLE RAILS. THIS WILL ENSURE THAT THE JET ROLL REMAINS CLOSED IN THE EVENT THAT THE STRAP BECOMES LOOSE.
MORE INFORMATION

Every JET Roll product is carefully inspected upon completion for any defects in materials or workmanship. If you find a material or workmanship defect with your JET Roll you may return it for repair or replacement.
A defective product will be repaired if possible, otherwise a replacement of the same product and color will be issued at our sole discretion. Normal wear from the use of JET Roll products and the included strap is NOT considered a product defect.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
With proper care your JET Roll should last a long time. Inspect your JET Roll frequently and verify that the strap is securely fastened.
Replacement standard leather and nylon toe straps can be purchased from your local bike shop.
Clean your JET Roll by HAND WASHING ONLY with mild soap and water.
Do not wash or dry your JET Roll in a machine!
Allow the JET Roll to AIR DRY ONLY!
Apply a thin layer of anti-corrosion lubricant to metal buttons and strap buckles to prevent corrosion from moisture and dirt!
